hmm.. I noticed that asian girls like to highlight their hair with a medium hued blonde or red. Just do a full dye or streak your hair with your choice of blonde or red, that works for most asian girls :]

I have naturally very dark hair as well. I currently have a mix of dark reddish/gold highlights with lighter blonde. I have an asian friend and she really likes just the dark red/gold color. The nice thing about dark hair is that any highlight is a big difference usually. It all depends on what you like, but talk it over with your hairstylist and maybe she will have more suggestions! Until then, look on websites for haircolors similar to yours!

Is your hair a little on the coarse and thick side right? well since asian hair is usually pretty thick and dark its really hard to get the right blonde you want....just go to your stylist and tell them you want highlights....and they will tone the highlights to whatever color you desire...as for the those girls miley cyrus and brenda song.....its usually highlight extention that they use to have that effect.......i hope that helps...
