Is it safe to dye my hair permantly twice?

i dyed my hair permanently and wanted it to be dark brown. the color was called dark ash brown. it ended up being an orangish/reddish light brown which was lighter than my original hair color and i hate it. i went to the salon and got it dyed dark brown but it only lasted about 2 or 3 weeks and still had a reddish tint to it. is it safe to dye it permanently twice and what are the best hair dye brands for dark brown without the reddish/orange pigment?

I usually dye my hair every four to five weeks but it might dry your hair depending on your hair type. I have the same problem, if I dye it brown it comes out reddish. My stylist said it was because I have natural red highlights in my hair. You might try a different salon and explain your problem.

Yes it is safe, and if u had it done, but didn't come out the way they said it would u should make them do it for free the next time.
