k well i am blonde and i have already done the dark underhalf thing... but i need to re-do it and i would like to know a good quality but cheap brand of permanent hair dye..... any suggestions i forgot the one my mom used last time to dye it...

If you have a Sally Beauty Supply near you, I would suggest either Complements or Ion. They are both really conditioning and have always come out true to color for me.

L'Oreal preference works really good.
That "100% color" stuff also works fairly well for the price.
