Thursday morning I went to get my hair dyed. I had light brown dyed hair before this all happened and id rather just have that back.
okay onto the details.
I went to get my hair dyed two toned, red brown in the bangs and front...back medium-dark brown is what i asked for.
I got F*%26amp;#$ing orange/red hair and almost black brown. I look like effing halloween. I wasted my money and I am soooo mad. What do I do to get it out of my hair?
Do not suggest to go back, because I told the lady I liked my hair several times...because i hate complaining to people about stuff and i would have felt bad. =/
so what do i do please help? =]
***I DELETED THE OTHER QUESTION I DID LIKE THIS ONE SO I COULD MAKE A BETTER EXPLAINING QUESTION***
Hair dye problem!?
I'm a hairstylist and do you know how much of a fool you are for not saying anything?? It's your hair!!! You paid good money and you should have left with what you wanted!
You don't have to be rude, but if you don't like what they did, then say so. It's not insulting to us. Sometimes communication gets mixed up and things happen, but you should always, always tell the stylist when you're not happy.
Now..you could go get a red/brown color yourself, and redye the front and bangs if you wanted. I personally think you should go back to the salon, nicely tell them that you got home and didn't like how it turned out, and see if they can fix it. It happens. Believe me. And the people that come in with a good attitude about it, are the ones we appreciate the most, because trust me...we know when someone doesn't like what we did. No matter how much they say they love it.
You won't be insulting her. And if she acts insulted, then ask for someone else, because she's not a professional. And don't pay for it either. The salon should comp the service.
Hair dye problem!?
Go to a different salon and explain what happened.
And maybe bring a picture of what you want.
They should be able to fix it.
I hope this helps.
:D
Hair dye problem!?
You really should go back to the place you got your hair done and get your money back or have someone else in the salon fix it. If you go to another salon, they will say they're going to have to do some color correction and charge you an arm and a leg for it. Don't feel bad about complaining. It's their job to try to make the customers happy and give you what you paid for. If they can't make it exactly how you want it, they can atleast fix it by making it look decent and/or even. Good luck.
