Problem with L'Oreal hair dye?

My hair is medium brown and I had some grey starting. I chose a dye the same colour as my hair as I just wanted to cover the grey. The dye said total grey coverage. However, I now find that I not only still have some grey hairs but also my hair colour now goes lighter with each wash and I now have darker roots showing. A total disaster.

Any advice would be VERY welcome.

use a different brand of hair dye.

l'Oreal hair dyes have been on the news because they dont work like it says.

personally i use garnier home hair dye and works loads better better then when i tried l'Oreal and if that doesnt work then go to a salon and explain to them what happened and no doubt they will fix it.

Problem with L'Oreal hair dye?

Everytime I have a problem with at-home hair color kits, I usually call the number on the back of the box for advice. I've called Loreal several times to explain to them my situation, and they're really great about recommending certain products to fix your hair without damaging it.

Dont use Loreal products, they never really work well.

Try using "Nice N' Easy" hair dye.

Your colour will stay in much longer
