Please see a stylist to fix the color.. You can not just get hair color out.. Darker colors need to be "uncolored". A process of stripping the hairs color out. Then re died to match.. Have a stylist match your hair color more exact so that as you hair grows out it is more of a match.

if you cant do it then go to a hairdresser to fix it
the only thing to do now is to dye it one color... get a dark brown dye it leave the dye in for 45 mins to 1 hr 30 mins it should be fine after that... make sure you condition your hair alot so it wont be frizzy.. and dont let your friend do your hair ever.. highlights are complicated they are not easy to do

Ooooh. That is really an unfortunate situation to be in.
You can't get permanent dye out. If it was a color wash or a semi permanent - washing it will help fade the color.
Your best bet might be to cut your hair. Any dyeing process is going to damage your hair. The frizzies are from DRYNESS. If you don't cut it and want to manage the frizzies - MOISTURIZE, moisturize, moisturize!!!!!
Try a moiturizing conditioner! Pantene has some fabulous treatments.
And, you might want to consult a professional COLORIST. Which is not always the same as your stylist. They understand the chemisty and chemical reactions that allow hair to be colored.
Best of luck to you!

How do i get hair dye out?
If your natural color is brunette and you have blonde color you want to remove you will need to visit a stylist to have them dye over the stripped hair.
Don't try this at home. Stripped hair will react to dye differently than your natural hair color. Also, since stripped hair is brittle, you'll want a professional to handle this so you won't lose hair to breakage and damage.
