I am 23 and have a lot of grey hair and I find it really embarassing so I dye my hair at least 4 times a year. Are there any long term side effects of using hair dye. I use normal hair dye from loreal and I follow instructions and everything..

it's not as bad for u to continuously color ur hair, especially if it's only about 4 times a year, that more than what i can say for most people. so as long as u follow instructions, cut ur ends or get a haircut regularly u will be fine.
