Does your hair have to be wet or dry? It says to towel dry my hair after washing it..

i always used to put it on dry, but i think it could be fine if its wet. you should hit it with some heat too, it will stay on longer. once you put the dye on just go over it with a hair dryer

I do it with dry hair, but I have friends who ONLY use it if their hair is damp. If your hair is damp, it will go on a bit brighter, but if you've bleached your hair like you're supposed to, it doesn't really matter. Towel dry implies that it should be damp, though.
