There is a healthy, gentle, hair product called Naturtint. It has active vegetable ingredients. There are four categories of Naturtint:

-semi permanent: coers grey hair up to 30% and it washes out

-tone on tone: covers grey hair up to 50% that lasts up to 20 washes

-permanent with ammonia: covers grey hair up to 100%

-permanent without ammonia: covers grey hair up to 100%

And what's so cool, its tested under dermatological control and is against animal testing! It works really well.

I have been using Baigon, not sure about the spelling, for long time. So far no problem to me. I don't remember the name of that type, however it is coming as paste in two tubes the equal quantity to be mixed together. Please try this.

If your already dying your hair that much i would suggest using a wash out. Browns usually start to fade away anyways the more you wash it, but a semi-permanent does not contain any harsh chemicals that will wind up frying your hair. L'Oreal is pretty good. But just about any of the name brand types of hair color are the same. I would steer away from the cheap stuff though they usually mess up. And if you try to go from light to dark stay away from products that have ash in them. They mask the hair either green or gray, and sense you are trying to cover some grey i wouldn't do that. Good Luck!
