Actually there is. You have to do a double process though. Bleach out to the lightest blonde possible then there is a new 'white' color you can get. I forget who makes it, but it is professional color. So, you would have to call all the salons around and explain to them what you want. Maybe take along a pic of the result if you can find it. At a pinch, talcum powder will work in low-light conditions - but, unless you want to make an audience laugh, don't stamp your feet or violently swing your head... the resultant halo looks like REALLY bad dandruff or a burst snow-dome!!!

True. I did it myself once when appearing on stage as an aged butler. The audience was restless and the workshop presentation had pretty-much flopped. So... I spread happiness and joy around the theatre, looking like a crazed coke addict complete with his own 'snow' cloud. The audience liked it but the rest of the cast wanted to lynch me for upstaging them... sigh... what we do for a laugh...

There is not color that will dye your hair white. Only bleach and tone, which won't really make it white white, and will will feel like wet marshmallow when you wash it and you'll more than likely burn your scalp with the amount of processes it will take to get it that white.
