Question Two: Which Brand of hair dye makers(do it yourself kind) makes a dye called Starry Night? i think its for men , not sure.

Loreal makes it. as far as i know, women use it. there might be a mens one though.

All salons charge different. I'm thinking anywhere between 20-100. And honestly, it doesn't really mean the more expensive, the better... Just call around local salons, also they may require appointments anyway.... starry night question, i'm oblivious to that one..

i need you to look at the universal Color Chart on hair....and tell me what "level" of hair you have ....get as close as you possibly can...

You said your hair is brown right?

Then it is either Level 2,3,4,5,6, 7....with Level 7 being the lightest brown......Level 2 is so dark brown it appears black...

then pick the "dirty blond" you WANT to be.....most people mean Level 8 or 9 ......

See if you have a "Sally's Beauty Supply" in your city....they are everywhere in the USA.....I can look online and tell you what to buy.....
